Right From The Start
In May 2009, the Right From The Start Project (RFTS) celebrated 20 years of providing professional targeted case management to West Virginia Families. RFTS provides in-home care coordination services to high risk, low income pregnant women through the second postpartum month and Medicaid eligible high risk infants through one year of age.
